We currently have an opening for a Prodcut Support Specialist *FAA Covered*.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interfaces with customers and troubleshoots/analyzes customer returns from a technical standpoint.
- Analyzes returned products to determine cause of failure. Documents results of analysis.
- Assists in corrective actions: interacts with and provides suggestions to various engineering, manufacturing and quality groups.
- Schedule and leads review meetings with key department personnel on parato data on return reason.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including continuous quality improvement and TPS (Toyota Production System) methods.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 year degree in engineering or related; or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written.
- Expertise in SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Knowledge of MRP (Manufacture Resource Planning).
- Lean manufacturing principles.
- Korry’s Quality Manual and business processes.
PREFER:
- 2 year degree in engineering or related
- 5+ years technician experience, preferably in electronics.
