We currently have an opening for a Research Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and directs complex engineering developmental projects. Directs studies and recommends techniques to improve existing products. Develops new product designs, diagnostic methods, materials, and process specifications. Initiates patent activity to protect new products, methods, or processes. May coordinate research and development activities with other internal departments and outside consultants, suppliers, etc. Promotes company capabilities and industry leadership through technical presentations and publications.

REQUIREMENTS

This is a top research and development engineering position, requiring advanced knowledge in a particular field of engineering or scientific discipline, a BSEE, and a minimum of seven years experience in electronic design within the aerospace industry.

PREFER

A MS degree and 10 years experience in electronic design within the aerospace industry are preferred.
