We currently have an opening for a Business Development Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to the Director of Business Development. Supports the development and execution of the company growth strategy as it relates to R&D, new products and acquisitions. Conceives, researches and screens new product ideas. Creates business plan to determine new product development feasibility. Creates long term business strategy for growth of new products. Leads and may be required to manage new product development teams. Leads launch and presentation of new products into the market place. Researches and establishes development of pricing model for new products. Directs and reviews the administration of the marketing plan for new products that typically includes at a minimum promotional services, proposals, quotations and pricing, scheduling and shipping. Conducts market research and competitive analysis. Participates in the company strategic planning process for business growth. Directs sales and related activities to achieve growth objectives for new products. Serves as technical advisor on business development matters.

REQUIREMENTS

A BS in Engineering or Business and a minimum of five years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in Aerospace and Defense required.

PREFER

3+ in engineering and seven years experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in Aerospace and Defense.
