We currently have an opening for a HR Specialist. Primary responsibilities: Employee Relations – promoter and role model of Korry’s “people practices.” At Korry we believe our people make a difference. In this role, the HR Specialist will ensure our people at all levels understand and live by Korry’s Respectful Workplace, Code of Ethics, Business Conduct and Equal Opportunity guidelines. He/she will work with managers and supervisors to promote daily practice of these guidelines and the Basic Principals and Code of Cooperation. He/she will consult with employees and leaders as needed to improve work relationships and investigate and resolve employee concerns promtly. Employee Satistaction - plans and executes employee surveys every two years and works with leaders to improve year over year survey results. Overseas HR programs that strive to make Korry a comfortable and enjoyable place to work and one that shows we value people. Partners with HR co-workers on delivering high quality employee appreciation events, activities and awards, commute trip reduction programs, food and coffee service vendor management, and break room amenities. Strives to maintain a flexible and family friendly work environment while meeting the everchanging needs of our business. Employee Orientation and Onboarding – Partners with Korry’s Training and Development Specialist to develop and deliver high quality orientation and on-boarding programs. Responsible for ensuring new hires are trained in Korry’s Respectful Workplace, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct guidelines. Ensures new hires have a first day, first week and first month experience that is informative, fun and challenging. And in the intial employment period helps new hires understand the behavior expectatons that lead to a rewarding and successful career at Korry. Right from the start new hires will understand how important they are to the business and what they can do to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Secondary responsibilities HR policies and legal compliance – assist in maintaining HR policies and compliance programs to ensure they are current and appropriate for our business, mainly with corporate Wage and Hour guidelines.
