We currently have an opening for a Material Handler.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will perform all of the functions required to flow product from the stores location to the production line. Access and knowledge of the ManMan/Reflections transactions are required. These duties may vary per product line requirements and may include, but not limited to:

-Adhere to requirements of the scheduled route
-Perform duties in allotted timeframes
-Perform self audits as identified
-Maintain all visual boards in area
-Process withdrawal/Kanban cards
-Notify appropriate individual of pending shortages
-Repackage material to appropriate kit size
-Transactions to receive, transfer, obsolete material
-Cycle count material and adjustment transactions
-Maintain inventory accuracy
-Complete material requests by customers
-Replenish material as required Perform the duties of the Stores Clerk as defined below

Basic duties of a Material Handler are as follows:

Issues and receives parts, performs daily cycle counts and investigates inventory errors. Works under moderate supervision.

Core Responsibilities:

High School Diploma required.

Prefer some related experience, but not required.

Must have excellent accuracy, teamwork ability, and good communication and data entry skills. May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. without strain.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong written/verbal business communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel,Word) Minimum of one year customer service experience is required. Must be able to prioritize workload to manage customer accounts effectively.

Basic understanding of U.S. Export regulations (EAR and ITAR) a plus.
