Interviewing for one or more of the following skill sets:

- Soldering
- Through-hole Soldering
- PCB Board Stuffing
- PCB Board Inspection
- Test Technicians (As well as RF Test Technicians)
- Experience soldering very small parts and components
- Ability to read Schematics
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Assembly PCB
- Electronic Assembly
- Assembly Inspection
- Paint preparation
- Painting
- Able to Interpret Drawings
- Machinist Experience
- Manual Machining
